About the Founder — Ieva Jesina

Being a lawyer for more than twenty years and having worked across business law, negotiation, compliance and regulatory practice gave me an essential insight:

People understand law only as much as they understand their language.

This is where my work begins — at the intersection of law, linguistics, and human behaviour.

I build clarity through language. Not by analysing emotions, not by offering advice, but by helping people see reality as it is — and see themselves within it.

About the Clarity Framework

Clarity is a structured way of seeing reality without distortion — and acting from that understanding.

Over time I developed an original Clarity Framework grounded in three components:

O-R-E Thinking (Observation–Reflection–Essence)

A structured way of perceiving reality: facts first, meaning second, decisions third.

It separates what is from what we project or assume.

ENL — Emotionally Neutral Language

A communication practice that reduces reactivity, reveals boundaries, and restores choice.

It allows people to speak without attack, defend without aggression, and decide without fear.

Clarity Language Principles©

Guiding questions and statements that allow individuals to notice misalignment, recognise what does not and what does suit them, navigate difficult conversations, set boundaries, and choose their next step with clarity.

These principles are original, practice-based, and currently being tested publicly through applied work.

This approach does not fit into traditional categories.

It is not therapy, not coaching, and not motivation.

It is clarity as a legal-linguistic practice — a structure for interpreting reality, navigating complexity, defending boundaries, and making aligned decisions.

How this work stands apart

About the Organisation

Gyvenimo greitis is an established Public Institution and registered NGO in Lithuania created to support the public research and development of a clarity-based legal-linguistic practice.

Our vision

To contribute to a world where clarity is a practised norm - where people recognise misalignment early, communicate without reactivity, and act from alignment in everyday life and work.

Our direction

In 2026 we will go Into the Wild: exploring clarity through thematic series on social media — examining reactivity, boundaries, rights-awareness, responsibility-taking, and the everyday practice of acting from alignment rather than semantic confusion or emotional noise.

Our mission

To advance clarity in everyday life and work — shifting communication from survival-mode to cooperation, and decision-making from reactivity to responsibility.

Our activities

  • Explore the Clarity Framework in real-life application.

  • Analyse how structured language shapes behaviour and facilitates cooperation.

  • Create accessible clarity-based content across multiple platforms.

  • Offer a space for individuals to reflect on clarity within their own context.

Who this is for

For individuals who sense misalignment — something does not suit them — but cannot yet articulate why or what does.

For professionals navigating complex workplace dynamics.

For those who want to understand themselves without pathologising themselves.

For anyone seeking to grow into internal and external alignment.

Your next step

Clarity grows through practice — and practice begins with a single decision to see.

If this resonates: discover the content, join the journey, support the mission.
